Texaco Overseas Tankship Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Texaco Inc., has purchased the 79,997- dwt tanker Globtik Windsor from Globtik Tankers London Limited. The ship, which has been renamed Texaco Windsor, was handed over in Singapore recently.
